Submission Method
  • All manuscripts must be submitted via email only.
  • Submissions through portals or third-party platforms are not accepted.
  • Authors must send manuscripts to:
  • journal@grazingminds.co.in
  • The subject line should clearly mention: “Manuscript Submission – Grazing Minds Journal”
Manuscript Formatting
  • Font size: 12 pt for body text.
  • Section headings and sub-headings must be bold.
  • Recommended line spacing: 1.15 to 1.5.
  • Standard margins (1 inch on all sides).
  • Accepted file formats:
    • DOC
    • DOCX
    • PDF
Word Limit & Manuscript Structure
  • Maximum length: 7,000 words (excluding references).
  • Each manuscript should be clearly structured as follows:
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Introduction
    • Main Body / Methodology / Analysis
    • Discussion & Managerial Implications
    • Conclusion
    • References
  • Abstract should not exceed 250 words.
  • Include 4–6 relevant keywords.
Peer Review Process
  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • Reviewer identities and author identities remain confidential.
  • Each manuscript is evaluated on:
    • Originality
    • Relevance to journal scope
    • Methodological rigor
    • Practical and managerial relevance
  • Possible editorial decisions:
    • Accept
    • Minor Revision
    • Major Revision
    • Reject
Fees & Publication Cycle
  • The journal currently operates on a non-open-access model.
  • No fee is charged at the time of submission.
  • A publication fee of USD 25 is applicable only if the manuscript is accepted.
  • The journal is published on a quarterly basis.
  • Accepted papers are scheduled for the next available issue.
